This was my first purchase from Lara’s closet and she really impressed me with her great customer service and attention to detail. She is friendly and patient and willing to answer questions…goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Please try out her closet!! This has been a wonderful buying experience. My boots were carefully and securely wrapped and then placed inside of a large box, to preclude crushing during transport (and they were wrapped and padded to add further protection - she even wrote the word “fragile” on the outside to alert the carrier). In addition, the shipping time was extremely fast. I love my new leather sheepskin boots! Thank you so much for your stellar service. :)
