[this is in a truly kind feedback tone] The item itself is perfect and as described. However, this order wasn’t received until 2/20/24 though my offer was accepted by the seller on 1/31/24. I reached out many times in the delay, asking nicely for updates regarding when the item would be shipped. I never got responses to the check-ins until ~2/17/24. I totally understand that life happens and can cause delays, but the complete lack of updates initiated by the seller if they were having delays and the lack of responses to my inquiries felt very frustrating. The message that was sent from the seller was kind and apologetic. Timely communication would have helped me manage the excited expectations of my wife and her travel plans that were going to involve the item. Again, item is wonderful and accurate from the description, everything else was not.
