The watch itself is beautiful and looks great. However, whoever changed the battery for you did not clean the corrosion from the old battery so it was not working when I received it. Luckily, I have a good friend who sells watches who was able to clean it properly and now the watch works fine.

Apologies this is so late! Just arrived home from traveling yesterday. It looks great! And came packaged nicely. I had wanted this since it was in the store but could never pull the trigger! Thank you! Gonna wear it to pieces:)
