She is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of her reply messages. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic buying experience and was satisfied with the item. My item was carefully and securely padded and wrapped and then placed inside of a large box, to preclude crushing during transport. In addition, the shipping time was extremely fast.
