Shoes are in excellent condition. There were some issues with the tracking number not showing after being handed over to USPS, but Elizabeth was great in communicating with me. Package arrived in a timely manner and I can’t wait to where these shoes!

Thanks for the packing, the right box that it came in as well. Had another smaller bag arrive rolled 😭into a tiny box, with folded panels 😥. Ouch. Only thing is the edge kote paint on the shoulder straps is broken and coming off. I guess the bag had not been conditioned in awhile?
