I haven’t say this was th single best costumer service I experienced. I ordered the item and a few days later I received message from seller that item would ship late and she was very apologetic. No worries, still had plenttt of time before I left for my trip. I received the item a few days later. Not only did I receive my polartec waffle thermal top, but she added the matching bottoms just because I received it late. In addition, there was a Christmas card apologizing again for any inconvenience. Absolutely awesome. BUY BUY BUY from Emily!!! Thank you Emily!!!!
