Seller is honest and has intergrity. I experienced in the past a seller that listed shoes as brand new but when it arrived, shoes were clearly used as bottom of shoes was muddy and dirty. This is not the case with EmmaLou. Shoes were brand new and exactly as described. My daughter was absolutely delighted with her brand new Timberland shoes. Thank you so much! So happy with my purchase.
