Packaging was secure. When I opened the jewelry box the necklace was a little tangled, but my guess that it was probably just caused by moving from shipping. I had no problem de tangling the necklace. However It’s in perfect condition! This is my first Mejuri piece and it’s a very beautiful necklace! Thank you so much :)
