Hello, I would like to suggest that the sold items to be wrapped up and placed at least inside of a plastic bag and not to be thrown into a box that upon arrival looked like someone has played soccer with it. Using an adequate amount of tape outside of box would prevent from moisture freely getting inside and ruining the content. I really cold put my fingers from every side of the box to reach to inside. This leather garment is too delicate and care should be used. I hope that it was just mistake from the lack of experience. The communication could have been a little more effective. Thank after all.
