Got my order in perfect condition. Works for it's purpose ; keeping me quiet during Teams meetings. It is not a NEW MuteMe button, by that I mean the latest. It's actually a LEGACY version they do not sell anymore (like their Kickstarted version) so there was a warning saying I may not have access to all features. I'm not sure how the seller would have known this without plugging in the device before though ...
