Hi BARBARA, thank you for the order. I didn’t even realize it was new or I forgot but it seems to be working fine at least able to charge my phone;I haven’t had to use it to jumpstart the battery yet but I believe it’ll be OK I’ve looked at some reviews on it on Google and, it’s got five stars so if I ever need it again as I have many times in the past, I hope it works for me.
