Whwn opening the red tassle had came off when I slide the plastic off. It was hanging by red string or tassle material and it was already severed. But I think i can fix it by adding a hoop ring to it and re attaching it. As it was new in the package I don't blame you for it and gave 5 stars. I really love it and this was a favorite of mine of the AHS series! Thank you!!
