Love the jacket! The "matted" areas became fluffy again after washing with vinegar as the fabric softener.

I did want to add that next time it would be best that you add pictures or add that there are imperfections to your comments about the "dress". Although they are things that are repairable, I definitely cannot wear it right away. My daughter did find it sweet to find a card inside.
