These pillows are lumpy and flat even after airing them out. They are also much smaller than the case , probably because of the clumping. They are completely unusable. I also didn’t realize they could not be returned if you mark the purchase received. Update; after a few attempts I put them in the dryer with my towels and I am very happy to say they fluffed up completely and are just lovely. Very disappointed.
