Tonight as I await the June Full Strawberry Moon a package from Ginathegreek arrived with my Boho crescent moon wall hanging. As a baby boomer born in the 60’s, I did macrame crafts often. Nothing of the sort as this true work of art existed at the time. Skillfully and uniquely crafted, I’m not sure that I could make this piece for the price listed here on Posh. I am truly tempted to own 90% of the item listed in Shop Ginathegreek. The pictures and descriptions surely speak of the history and beauty of each unique listing and I can now attest to the craftsmanship and quality certainly measure up. This piece, Crescent Moon macramé is balanced with generous size width and height. I especially love the long fringe with braid/macramé within. The dream catcher enclosed within the crescent moon design is adorned with white pearls that standout against the midnight black string/yute. Finally a gold flecked black crescent moon amulet crowns the piece. The draw for me is the combination of dream catcher and macrame, two of my favorite childhood pastimes along with the hundreds of gods-eyes I constructed. Definitely going to resurrect these skills and pass them along to my two granddaughters. Shop Ginathegreek has ignited a former passion of mine and will be fun to spend time with my girls strengthening our bond and their imaginations at the same time. Pride of place where I will see it often, Shop Ginathegreek has given me a portal to my past and an avenue to build my future. The dream catcher is already doing its due diligence in lifting us from negativity and allowing only the good vibes to sprinkle through. I truly feel sprinkled upon today and anticipate a magical full moon night tonight. A pause to collect thoughts and right the compass True North to recharge new energy.
