Trish, It's here! The postal person dropped it over my back gate. If I wasn't looking carefully, It would not have been found. Oh my, I would have been so disappointed, because this skirt is fabulous! It's all in the details; the tie belt and waistband made of ribbon, the delicate stitching of each seam, and the beautiful raw edge ruffling on the bottom of the skirt. And I love turquoise and Peter Nygard designs! It's a win all around. Thank you, Cynthia
