This seller was a quick and efficient communicator about the item. The item was exactly as described, but the color was not as it appeared in the description, which is okay for this; the actual item was a darker brown (which I preferred!) than it appears in the online photo, which is usually because of overexposure to light. It was also like new. It's perfect as an amenity bag for my car. I'm very happy with it.
