Very responsive, nice seller. She wrote a nice note in a thank you card, which is very much appreciated. The seller made a decent deal with me and reduced the shipping cost too, so the price was definitely worth it. The packaging was standard, sturdy USPS boxing, which is durable for shipping (and a good thing). The shipping took some extra time it seemed, but due to the pandemic I can assume was the issue. The sweater itself is nice, although there is some pilling throughout the front which I did not expect to be honest (so that was disappointing). But I'm hoping to be able to remove the pilling on the sweater since overall otherwise it's in good condition.
