Idont think this seller did it. These boots are ruined!whom ever didn't have the commonsense obseve what they were doing to the size 8.1/2boots,when shuving sz11 shoe trees in needs to grab some crayons/colorinbook.ill finish my review once we completed this and a coloring book.they have been stretched out to a point of almost curling under and made the stretched out part thin and between the big misshapen wanting to bow under front part they arey by v just ruined can I please get a refund and return these.(* update what a wonderfull seller this is i gave 5 stars cause she had contacted me admeditly and as I thought she didnt have any wrong in the product being an issue and she fixed everything fast and direct yes I'll buy from her again and do indeed recommend whom ever to do bizzness with her)
