Shipping took longer than usual (not long enough for me to notice or have to contact her, it hasn't even been a week!) and she included a card apologizing and explained why! I would never file a complaint without attempting to contact the seller several times, but it was nice to see someone add a personal touch!

I am sooooo impressed with how quick this bag arrived and also how nicely it was wrapped and the condition of the bag. I purchased this bag for my daughter so she could have her first mini LV bag and match me. I will definitely purchase items from this seller again and also really liked the sweet Thank you note that was included. Very happy customer.
