My family could see the delight in my eyes when I opened the box! The mug is beautiful (no scratches) and doesn't look like it's been used at all! I am extremely pleased with this purchase, and the seller left me a hand-written thank you note inside, (in cursive) which I think is a very nice touch now-a-days. I will be purchasing from this seller again! I love my new coffee cup and can't wait to show it off in my Zoom meetings at work!
