Hi Hillari, love love love the hat and fits perfect. I don’t think it was washed though as it has a strong smell of woman’s perfume but not laundry soap. I put it in a pillow case and washed it with the frankincense and myrrh from zum (my fav), air dried it then fluffed in the dryer and it’s like brand now. Thank goodness I didn’t get an allergic reaction to your perfume. Thank you again and for the quick turnaround and price discount! 🙌
