Of all the purchases I have made on poshmark, this one by far goes above and beyond. Not only was the seller communicative and fast in terms of shipping but she included a free gift (funnily enough something I was in dire need of) and wrote the most heartfelt letter which, I know I may sound dramatic, but practically brought tears to my eyes!
