The seller did great. The shipping carrier could have took better care of the package. I give the seller a 5 star but it broke during shipment from careless transportation. But I have glued the pieces back together on top of it where the wood was damaged in shipping. I don't believe the seller did anything wrong tho. I'm happy with the seller and my grand baby is going to love it ☺️
