I am delighted with this item. It is exactly what I had hoped. An authentic Scottish Inverness raincoat. I don't know why these are not more popular in N America as they are perfect -- right between a conventional raincoat and a rain poncho, the best of both worlds. This item is clean and new, well made, and genuine. It was well worth the wait for the seller to return from vacation! Arrived in great condition -- and it's pouring here so I look forward to using it this very week.
