The handwritten note was such a nice touch, thank you! The concealer shade works well for me luckily the mix up was no biggie and I still got a good deal on some of my favorite makeup. The conflict was handled nicely, I’ll be shopping with you again!

I am giving 5 stars because she sent so quickly and her note was sweet! However, I did receive the wrong product so I am hoping we can figure out a way to swap them out!
