Excellent customer service and communication by this seller!! The purse was shipped and received extremely fast. Very neat and careful packaging, the purse came in a satin drawstring protective bag, which was then sealed in a nice plastic envelope, and then into the mailing box so there was no crusthing of the merchandise. This purse is in pristine condition. And thanks for the bonus Twilly scarf tie, which is very cute, too! I look forward to purchasing from you again!! 🩷🩷🩷
