I paid a total of $93 for leggings I believed were new with tags. They definitely were not. They had smudges in several places outside AND inside and the tag was in the box but NOT attached. Not cool. I’m keeping because they are nearly $140 with tax from Lulu and I want this size and style. So while I saved money — I paid more than I would have for USED leggings. Again, NOT cool.
