I’m bummed because the box came damaged. I know it’s not your fault, and I wouldn’t care except that it’s a gift for a little girl today 7/19 and there’s no time to replace it. Thank you for your transparent post, quick shipping, and an otherwise great item.

The seller is amazing, she had great customer service. There was a problem with shipping (USPS was at fault), the seller immediately informed me as to what happened and got me the package ASAP. My item was beautifully packaged and the purse was better than described. I am very pleased.
