The package arrived completely open and the garment wasn't even in a protective bag. It could have easily gotten dirty or fallen out and arrived as an empty envelope. An email said it was delivered to my garage or other, when it was actually delivered to my mailbox. I looked for it, found nothing and was about to report it missing when it showed up in my mail today. Also, for a new item it smelled strongly of fabric softener...
