I am changing my rating about this bag because I just opened the note that the seller included with the purse. I owe her a public apology. In the note, she explains that the bag is in bad shape and that she didn't feel right selling it. She included a Starbucks gift card as a way to make up for the sale. I was really upset when I initially received the package because this purse was part of a birthday gift for someone (I'd also bought them a burgundy fedora). I couldn't believe someone had sold something that was in such bad shape, so I never bothered to open the envelope that accompanied the purchase. I apologize to Jamie for my oversight.
