I received my purchase very quickly. Excellent customer service. I am very happy with my items, really well knit scarf and hat, warm, heavy. One of the stitches started to unravel but I tied it so should be fine. However, this is not authentic Chanel which based on the price I suspected it would be a dupe. So that’s disappointing. It’s definitely not authentic and therefore should have been noted in the description. Based on the logo, the pattern and overall quality - Chanel would not unravel. But I still like my purchase. I would never pay Chanel prices anyway.
