Arrived sterling new. All original packaging, had the feeling that if it had been opened at all, it was only to look inside and then close it again. Whole box was packaged carefully - with padding - in a second recycled box. Seller sent within a couple of days and let me know she'd sent it. Really happy with the whole experience and really appreciate being able to buy this at a $20 discounted price, considering it's essentially new. Thank you very much!
