Beyond 5 stars. When a Poshmark glitch prevented a shipping label to be produced, this seller was responsive, kind and patient. They went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue, but to ensure we were both on the same page. Once the issue was resolved, the parcel was shipped out immediately. The item itself is beautiful and fits perfectly. I’d highly recommend this seller, and would definitely purchase from their closet in the future. 🖤
