I had been looking for this exact hat in stores and they didn’t have my size- I was so happy to find it online! Not only did Jenna keep in great communication through some post office hiccups, but she packaged my hat with ample protection & a cute note too! I would definitely recommend this seller. Thanks for the extra care in wrapping... only one shadow had a small crumble but I can smooth it out. Otherwise everything is perfect. Thanks
