As an Altra shoes wearer, I assumed the fits like a 7.5 to be a generic reference, as I wear 7.5 in other shoes. These size 8 Altras we're indeed smaller feeling than my identical Torins I've worn out. I won't be able wear them, as they hurt my feet. Just something to think about with who might be looking to buy a unique brand (zero drop) shoe.
