I am so sorry you caught me on a bad day but that was no excuse for my poor and crappy day and I apologize. Please don’t hate me I swear it truly was an extremely difficult day and it was a personal loss I have to deal with and I am working on it with my therapist. You were great and remained calm and I was horrible so please forgive me.
