Dear Jenny, The shoes are lovely. I appreciate details as your packaging skills are impeccable wrapping each shoe individually and a cardboard to protect in the shipping but taking the time to write a lovely thank you card holds a special place in my heart - LOL. I purchase on Poshmark often but the care in shipping was definitely noticed and thank you so much. --Myra
