It is shown as a new item but it was actually built. A waste for me since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The picture and description should have shown an already built lego. Changing my rating, still disappointed that it was already assembled but as im unassailabling it and putting it a box I am realizing that my son is going to love opening the box and seeing the booklet for this car
