The bag is beautiful, just as described. One note - the packaging had insufficient tape and the box arrived open. Thankfully I had angels guarding the contents during its travels as the item inside was intact.

I am so sorry I totally forgot to mark order complete. I absolutely love the bag and it was new with tag as described I just switched out of my other purse to my fabulous new coach. Thank you for accepting my offer.
