Everything was perfect. I've had a similar jacket like this one for years. They are very light weight and super warm, got lots of compliments. Last year my daughter tried mine on and that was the last I saw of my jacket. Saw this one and had to get it. Thank you so much.

Love these boots! Only thing I can recommend different is maybe to place some packaging between the boot and the opening because when I opened the box with a box cutter I sliced the boot a tiny bit. But these came beautiful! Thank you so much
