@jfenchel hi I never got these Birkenstocks because usps left my parcel box open and it got stolen. I’m filling a claim with usps so I can get a refund. They require I provide the sender’s address, name, email and phone number. I understand if you don’t want to provide your phone number but I will really appreciate it if you can send me your name and address.
