Wow! I want to give an extra shout-out to @Jill_Tillis for going above and beyond to ensure this was delivered in time for an event. From the start, @Jill_Tillis was incredibly communicative, often responding to my questions in under 15 minutes. Although the first package I received turned out to be incorrect (these things happen!), she promptly apologized for the mix-up and offered to re-ship the correct order with same-day delivery, understanding the urgency for my event. She guided me through the return process and assured me I could confirm the next steps with PM to resolve the issue. She acted quickly and put in the extra effort to ship the replacement ASAP alongside shipping number. That means so much and I'm so happy with the order! I’d be happy to order from her again!
