The heels came in their original box which was lovely, but the box was not secured or cushioned within the larger box in which they were shipped. When I opened the box they had come out of their box and were free floating. It doesn’t look like they were scuffed in transit (thank goodness) but I had a mini heart attack when I opened. Thank you though, I love them!
