Update: Seller contacted me to confirm the delay was weather related. I’ll just save the dress for another special occasion and enjoy the sweaters & booties now since the weather can’t make its mind. *************************************** I hoped to wear for NYE, figuring it would get here since I purchased it on 24 Dec.. understandably the holidays and weather may cause delay but the seller didn’t even communicate to me about the delay.
