Aside from me being a dumb a!* and not knowing how this site works (this was my first purchase), it was an excellent experience! Jeans were in perfect condition, they arrived really quickly (to Alaska that's a big plus!), it was an all-around great purchase! I need to apologize to the Seller because I was not aware I needed to release funds after receipt of item. Now I know what to do, so that won't happen again! On a side note, my daughter actually ordered these, and she's never used this site, either. She's 17, so not really a kid, but she ordered the wrong size, not realizing you cannot return anything. We've been hit with that before, at a regular retail site (not used or consignment, etc...), to the tune of literally hundreds of dollars in "store credit." To a store that not only has no location up here, it has no store front, anywhere. That took me months to get our money back. Usually, no harm, no foul. I have an envelope full of gift cards for store credit from returns, etc... but my budget cannot handle hundreds of dollars just sitting there! My point is that Poshmark Customer Service was really trying to help me fix this. At that time, I didn't even know from whom we purchased the jeans, to try and contact them, directly. But Poshmark was great! My kid has learned, yet again, to figure out the rules before buying something. This Seller was great! And, the jeans that were too small for the kid, fit this Momma, so a happy ending for all! Thank you for a great purchase and I'm sorry if you got paid a little late. Mommy will read the fine print, too.
