The shoes are very clean and in excellent condition. They were not packaged well. The shoes were just placed in the Priority Mail Box and were able to move around in the box. No tissue paper or newspaper to keep the shoes stable. Overall, I am pleased with the shoes. I love anything Coach! Extremely happy about the Velcro instead of needing to be laced and tied. Happy Poshing!
