My order with Jenna did not work out but she was nothing short of amazing when it came to communication and owning her small oversight. Posh couldn't refund me but within seconds she was able to figure a way to get my money back to me. If anyone has any hesitation about purchasing from someone online, I highly recommend purchasing from Jenna because she will prove to you that not everyone is out to get you.
