After much thought and prayer, I believe the seller should have never received a negative rating. I do not blame the seller for the issue of the item. As soon as I expressed my displeasure with the item the seller was more than gracious to follow up with Posh Support. I believe the problem with the item happened when it went through the mail. Again, the seller has no control what happens to the purchase once it is mailed. I truly apologize for the negative rating. It should have never been given. The seller went above and beyond to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I don't believe Posh Support offered any kind of comparable resolution for the problem. Again, to no fault of the seller.
