Exactly as described. In essentially brand new condition. My husband purchased these boots for me when they originally were released, and i got tired of the fringe and cut them off. Then i missed the frindge. So, now i have two pair. Thank you for "regifting" a cool pair of boots in perfect condotion! Happy Holidays.
